What is Louder's Shipping Policy?
We do our best to deliver your favourite artist's merchandise in an excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. For all purchases of Rs. 1199* or more, we will deliver the order to your door free of cost. However, a shipping charge of Rs. 99 will be applicable to all orders under Rs. 1199.
If your order is cancelled, lost or not delivered to your shipping address for any verifiable reason, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges, if paid online.
If you wish to return an order delivered to you, you will have to ship the merchandise to us at your cost. However if the return is due to damaged goods or a mistake at our end, we will reimburse you the shipment charges based on our Returns Policy.
If we find that your return violates our fair usage policy, a delivery charge of Rs. 99 will be levied on all orders, irrespective of order value.
*Order value is calculated after applying discounts/VAT/GST or any other applicable charges.
What is Louder's Fair Usage Policy?
We do our best to provide you the best possible shopping experience and the fastest way to get official merchandise from your favourite artists. However, we have noticed that some of our users abuse our liberal returns policy and return most of the items bought or choose to not accept their orders.
This means, our regular customers can't purchase the same merchandise. To protect the rights of our customers, we reserve the right to collect a shipping charge of Rs. 99 for all orders and disable the cash on delivery option for users who have a high percentage of returns and packages not accepted by value of orders placed.
How do I check the status and track my order?
Every time you place an order with Louder, you will get an email sent to you from email@example.com with your order details. Please click the "View your Order" button in that email to see the current status of your order and track your shipment.
How will my order get delivered to me?
All orders placed on our website are dispatched through our partners at Delhivery or through other courier partners such as Blue Dart, FedEx Etc.
Do you deliver outside India?
No. Unfortunately, at this point, we deliver products only within India. However, write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will keep you informed when we can deliver to where you are.
My package was damaged when I received it, what do I do?
Please send us an email at email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving the package. Please include a short description of the issue, and an image taken of the package as you received it, in your email.
NOTE: Please ensure that you do not use the items for which you are filing the claim.
